This document sets out the terms governing the use of the indo18 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the indo18 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To use the indo18 platform, users must:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
- Not be located in any jurisdiction where online betting activities are prohibited.
- Register as an individual and not on behalf of a business entity or any third party without written authorisation.
Indo18 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify compliance with these eligibility requirements. Accounts that fail to meet the eligibility criteria will be suspended until verification is complete.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the indo18 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered to have been authorised by you. Notify the indo18 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
You are responsible for keeping your personal information up to date whenever changes occur, particularly your bank account details for withdrawal purposes. Failure to do so may result in delays in transaction processing. indo18 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate or outdated information.
Users are prohibited from using this platform for any illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law. The use of bots, automated software, or other technical methods to exploit the platform's systems is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account closure.
Payment Policy, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the indo18 platform, including deposits and withdrawals, are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered under the same name as their indo18 account.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods such as FPX, Touch'n Go eWallet, and direct bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to thresholds set by the platform and may change from time to time. Successful deposits are typically credited to the account within a short timeframe; however, indo18 is not responsible for any delays caused by the user's bank or third-party payment providers.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes outlined in the platform's policy. Users must ensure the account holder name on their bank account matches the information registered in their indo18 profile. Withdrawals that fail due to mismatched details will be returned to the user's account balance. indo18 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
Taxes & Fees
Users are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes or fiscal obligations related to their winnings under applicable Malaysian law. indo18 does not act as a tax collection agent on behalf of users.
Platform Liability Limits
Indo18 provides the platform on an as-is basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, the accuracy of real-time data, or specific financial outcomes. The platform may experience technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances that cause temporary service unavailability.
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, indo18 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical disruptions beyond our control.
Any liability claim against indo18 is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Indo18 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has breached any provision of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or provided false information during registration.
Accounts suspended pending investigation will be frozen in the interim. Any balance in an account suspended due to a violation will not be returned until the investigation concludes, and may be forfeited entirely if fraud is established.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the indo18 customer support team. All valid balances will be processed for withdrawal once the account closure request has been approved in accordance with the established procedures.
